Most fulfillment reporting is built around the 3PL's convenience, not the brand's. A monthly export or an emailed spreadsheet tells you what already happened — it doesn't help you catch a stockout before it hits, or spot a discrepancy before it becomes a chargeback.
Every brand's catalog, channel mix, and operational risks are different. A brand managing lot-controlled skincare SKUs needs different visibility than one running frequent bundles and promotions. A generic reporting template can't reflect that — a dashboard built around your specific business can.
As brands add sales channels and SKU complexity, the cost of not having real-time visibility grows. Manual reconciliation that was manageable at a small scale becomes a full-time job — and a source of errors — the moment volume and channel count increase.
